金吾财讯 | 招银国际发研报指，SKB378是科伦博泰(06990)与和铂医药共同开发的TSLP单抗，现已对外授权给Windward公司。交易价值最高可达9.7亿美元，含4,500万美元的首付款和近期付款，将以现金和Windward母公司股权支付，科伦博泰与和铂医药将平分款项。SKB378是长效TSLP单克隆抗体，半衰期长，每6个月给药一次，优于需每4周用药的tezepelumab。2024年11月，SKB378治疗COPD的临床试验申请已提交给CDE。中国哮喘I期试验在2023年完成，II期在规划中。Windward正准备开展针对重度哮喘的II期研究，预计2026年出初步结果，后续还会开展针对哮喘和COPD的其他试验。该行看好SKB264在2025年8-10亿元人民币的销售目标，并预计今年SKB264将获批用于二线/三线EGFR-TKI耐药的非小细胞肺癌。该行将公司的目标价调至227.88港元(原243.38港元)。维持买入评级。
