Renergen (ASX: RLT) has reassured shareholders that it has not entered any business rescue discussions, urging them to avoid making decisions based on rumors and instead rely on official communications, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said its phase 1 plant in South Africa produces liquefied natural gas below nameplate capacity. It is working with various parties to increase the number of wells to reach full capacity, the filing said.
Due to operating below nameplate capacity, it is facing delays in the cooling process of a key helium iso-container, the filing added.
The company is working on logistics to minimize further delays but said it could not determine when the cooling process of the customer's container will be completed.
Renergen also said that it has access to funding as required.
