智通财经APP获悉，1月13日，有消息称，龙湖已于近日将“22龙湖01”、“20龙湖02”两笔公司债的兑付资金提前拨入偿债专户，合计39.775亿元人民币。据公开信息显示，“22龙湖01”发行规模为20亿元，票面利息为3.49%，本次行权回售金额为17.881亿元；“20龙湖02”发行规模为23亿元，票面利息为4.2%，本次行权回售金额为21.894亿元。两支债券行权回售部分合计39.775亿元，龙湖已全部兑付。
