中国春来(01969.HK) 公布，旗下安阳学院及商丘学院于今日(13日)，分别与上海浦东发展银行订立营运资金贷款协议。
公告指，安阳学院与上海浦东发展银行安阳分行订立营运资金贷款协议。据悉，上海浦东发展银行安阳分行已同意向安阳学院，提供最多为2.4亿元人民币(下同)之定期贷款；以及商丘学院与上海浦东发展银行商丘分行订立营运资金贷款协议。据悉，上海浦东发展银行商丘分行已同意向商丘学院提供最多为1.9亿元之定期贷款。
中国春来表示，透过订立贷款协议可拓宽融资渠道、补充营运所需资金，优化集团的负债结构。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
