Leader Environmental (SGX:LS9), through its wholly owned subsidiary, United Greentech, completed the disposal of all shares in the capital of AIWater and UG Water to WJL Holding.
The company disposed off its 70% stake in AIWater for a total consideration of 364 million yuan and its 50% stake in UG Water for 6 million yuan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Following the completion of the disposal, the company ceased to have any interest in AIWater, UG Water and Xinwo AI.
Shares of the company were up 8% in Monday's late-morning trade.
