【环球网金融综合报道】1月13日，宜宾银行正式在港股市场上市。截至午间收盘，其股价为2.59港元/股，市值则为119亿港元。
官网资料显示，宜宾商业银行成立于2006年。根据国家金融监督管理总局宜宾监管分局的数据，截至2023年12月31日，宜宾银行是以总资产计宜宾市最大的银行，资产总额达934亿元。此外，根据国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局的数据，截至同日，宜宾银行是以注册资本计宜宾市最大的城市商业银行、四川省第二大的城商行。截至2023年12月31日，公司的分支网络包括40家设施（包括39家分支行及一家总行）。
根据宜宾银行招股书，至2024年6月30日，该行的资产规模已达到1001.93亿元，相比年初增长了7.2%，迈入“千亿级”城商行的行列。
2021年至2023年，宜宾银行实现营收分别为16.21亿元、18.67亿元、21.70亿元；净利润分别为3.28亿元、4.33亿元、4.77亿元。2024年上半年，宜宾银行实现收入10.78亿元，归属股东净利润2.84亿元。（闻辉）
