消息面上，1月10日，东方海外国际发布东方海外货柜航运(东方海外)截至2024年12月31日止第4季度未经审核的营运概要，截至2024年12月31日止第4季度的总收入较去年同期增加55.0%，报25.14亿美元。总载货量上升6.1%，运载力上升4.2%。整体运载率较2023年同期上升1.5%，每个标准箱的整体平均收入较去年第4季度增加46.2%。
截至2024年12月31日的全年总收入及总载货量较去年同期分别增加30.2%及3.5%。运载力上升0.3%，整体运载率较2023年同期上升2.6%，每个标准箱的整体平均收入较去年同期增加25.8%。
