Element 25 Secures Mine Expansion Proposal for Western Australian Project; Shares Rise 4%

Element 25 (ASX:E25) secured approval for the stage two mining expansion program for the Butcherbird manganese project from Western Australia's Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The proposal is for a 12-year production at the project at 1.1 million tonnes of manganese concentrates per year, the filing said.

Company shares rose nearly 4% in recent Monday trade.
