智通财经APP获悉，新吉奥房车(00805)上市次日再跌超11%，盘中触及0.78港元较招股价1.27港元已破发38%。截至发稿，跌11.22%，报0.87港元，成交额74.35万港元。
据招股书，新吉奥房车是于澳洲和新西兰拥有广泛业务网络的房车公司，设计、开发、制造及销售定制拖挂式房车。根据弗若斯特沙利文，按2023年的收入及销量计，新吉奥在澳洲和新西兰房车行业的市场份额中均位居第二。2021年至2024年6月30日止六个月，新吉奥实现收入分别约3亿元（单位：人民币，下同）、4.99亿元、7.2亿元以及4.22亿元；同期年内利润分别为约2508万元、3295.6万元、7876.8万元以及4043万元。近三年半，新吉奥利润总计达到1.77亿元。
值得注意的是，公司此次上市并未引入基石投资者，且公司自成立以来并未有融资历史。截至2024年6月30日，新吉奥房车持有的现金及现金等价物为4388万元人民币。此外，新吉奥房车在招股书中表示，公司即将推出电动房车，公司于2024年12月已与国轩高科全资附属订立战略合作协议，国轩将为公司的新拖挂式电动房车车型提供定制化动力电池解决方案，预计将于2025年开始研发。
