星巴克北美门店经营策略迎重大调整。据英国广播公司（BBC）14日报道，星巴克13日宣布北美门店撤销自2018年起实施的允许任何人无需购买商品即可使用其设施的开放策略，包括逗留和使用卫生间。

据《华尔街日报》报道，新规将于1月27日生效，并在北美上万家门店实施。这是星巴克新任CEO为应对销售疲软所宣布的“重返星巴克”战略的关键举措之一。新规还明确禁止骚扰、使用威胁性语言、自带酒水、吸烟、乞讨等扰乱秩序的行为，旨在为顾客营造一个干净、安全的环境。星巴克强调，新规将在每家门店进行公示，员工有权要求违反规定的顾客离开，必要时可报警。

此外，星巴克还计划为购买饮料并在店内饮用的顾客提供一次免费续杯服务，以提升顾客消费体验。（李斯允）
