智通财经APP讯，中国白银集团(00815)及金猫银猫(01815)联合公布，有关卖方出售目标公司51%的股权，而目标公司透过农牧人可变利益实体协议控制江苏农牧人的营运(即生鲜食品零售业务分部)的相关事宜。出售事项的完成已于2025年1月13日作实。于完成后，金猫银猫不再持有目标公司的任何股权，目标集团的成员公司不再为金猫银猫及中国白银各自的附属公司，且生鲜食品零售业务分部不再为金猫银猫集团及中国白银集团各自的营运分部。
