券商合并近了！国联证券将更名
【大河财立方消息】1月13日，国联证券股份有限公司（简称国联证券）公告称，公司召开第五届董事会第二十一次会议，会议以全票通过的结果，逐项审议通过了《关于变更公司名称、证券简称、注册资本并修订<公司章程> 及其附件的议案》，拟对公司名称、证券简称、注册资本进行变更。
根据公告，公司中文名称拟变更为国联民生证券股份有限公司，公司A股证券简称拟变更为国联民生。
公告称，本次变更公司名称尚需提交公司股东大会审议，审议通过后需向市场监督管理部门办理变更登记与备案，变更后的公司名称以市场监督管理部门的最终登记为准。
对于变更公司名称、证券简称的理由，公告称，鉴于公司发行A股股份购买民生证券股份有限公司99.26%股份并募集配套资金等事项已经中国证监会核准通过，基于公司战略发展需要，同时使公司名称更为全面、准确地反映公司基本情况及未来发展规划，公司拟变更公司名称及证券简称。
2024年8月8日晚，国联证券发布关于发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金暨关联交易报告书（草案）的公告，国联证券拟通过发行A股股份方式向国联集团、沣泉峪等45名交易对方购买其合计持有的民生证券99.26%股份，交易作价294.92亿元。
