时隔三年中小银行IPO迎来“破冰”宜宾银行登陆港交所
新华财经北京1月13日电 1月13日，宜宾市商业银行在港交所主板挂牌上市，成为四川省第3家上市银行，打破了A股、H股近三年无银行上市的局面。
宜宾市商业银行股票代码为02596.HK，此次全球发行688,400,000股H股，发行价格为每股2.59港元，总募集金额约17.8亿港元。截至13日收盘，宜宾市商业银行收于2.610港元／股，涨幅0.77%。
距离此次最近的一次银行IPO，是2022年1月17日在深交所主板上市的兰州银行。2024年，兰州银行股价下跌1.27%，成A股唯一飘绿银行。
此次宜宾银行成功上市，港交所目前挂牌的内地银行数量达到32家，包含6家国有大行、6家全国性股份制银行以及20家城商行和农商行。
公开资料显示，截至2024年6月末，宜宾银行资产规模为1001.93亿元，总客户存款为785.07亿元，总客户贷款及垫款为548.20亿元，不良贷款率1.72%，拨备覆盖率254.97%。
