智通财经APP讯，北控水务集团(00371)发布公告，公司已于2025年1月9日完成向合资格投资者发行2025年度第一期中期票据。根据簿记建档结果，2025年度第一期中期票据发行总金额为人民币10亿元，分别为品种一发行金额为人民币6亿元，期限为五年，于2030年一月到期，票面利率为每年1.80%，以及品种二发行金额为人民币4亿元，期限为十年，于2035年一月到期，票面利率为每年2.20%。
发行2025年度第一期中期票据募集资金用于偿还有息债务本息。
