【中国恒大：香港法院向CEG Holdings发出清盘令】金十数据1月13日讯，中国恒大(03333.HK)港交所公告，于2025年1月10日，香港法院向CEG Holdings发出清盘令。安迈顾问有限公司的Edward Simon Middleton先生及黄咏诗女士将根据《公司（清盘及 杂项条文）条例》继续担任CEG Holdings的共同及各别临时清盘人，直至CEG Holdings的清盘人获委任为止。股份自2024年1月29日（星期一）上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
