智通财经APP讯，药明康德(02359)公布，公司通过间接控股子公司持有药明合联(02268)的若干股票，2024年11月8日及2025年1月10日，通过两次大宗交易，公司累计出售药明合联8600万股股份，约占截至本公告日期药明合联已发行股本的7.17%，累计成交金额约24.26亿港元(不包含手续费等交易费用)，占公司 2023年度经审计归属公司拥有人的净资产的4.07%。
公司通过本次出售所获得的现金收益，将用于加速推进全球产能及能力建设，吸引并保留优秀人才，持续强化公司独特的一体化CRDMO业务模式，从而高效满足全球客户和患者日益增长且不断变化的需求。
本次出售的股票资产在公司财务报表中列示为“长期股权投资”。经公司财务部门按中国企业会计准则初步核算，过去十二个月内公司出售药明合联股票累计实现的投资收益为人民币20.16亿元，占公司最近财政年度(即 2023年度)经审计归属公司拥有人的净利润的比例超过10%，其中影响公司2024年度相应期间的净利润约为人民币7.20亿元，影响公司2025年度相应期间的净利润约为人民币12.97亿元。以上数据为初步核算数据。
