嘉里建设(00683)、信和置业(00083)及太古地产(01972)合作发展的香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸海盈山，周日(12日)公布最新销售安排，将于周四、周五(16、17日)推出87伙发售，其中65伙价单单位先于周四销售，其余22伙招标单位于周五推出。

 

嘉里发展董事及香港区总经理汤耀宗表示，周四价单形式单位，包括20伙两房连开放式厨房单位、13伙两房单位、16伙两房套房连储物室单位、以及16伙三房套房开放式厨房单位，实用面积486至661方呎，折实最低售价逾950.41万元，呎价约19,366元起。至于周五招标发售单位均为三房套房连工作间户型，实用面积861至915方呎。

 

据销售安排资料，周四销售当日设有A组大手时段，买家须购买最少两伙、最多4伙指定单位，紧接B组销售时段买家则最多可选购两伙，截止认购时间为周三(15日)下午1时。
