智通财经APP获悉，在美国电力(AEP.US)同意将其输电业务的股份出售予KKR和PSP Investments的战略合作伙伴企业后，摩根士丹利指出，这笔交易将立即增加每股收益，并解决了美国电力计划中52%的股权需求，“缓解了重大的资产负债表积压，降低了每股收益执行风险。”摩根士丹利预计该公司将在交易完成后解决收益增长率和区间问题，予以美国电力“增持”评级，目标价为103美元。
