Constellium (CSTM) said Wednesday that it intends to begin filing its US Securities Exchange Commission reports using domestic issuer forms and provide its financial results using GAAP standards and US dollars instead of IFRS standards and euros, starting with its Q4 and full-year 2024 results.

The Paris, France-based provider of aluminum products also said it expects to file the proxy statement for its 2025 annual general meeting with the SEC and provide disclosures required by US public companies.

Chief Executive Jean-Marc Germain said the shift "will enhance the comparability of our public results and performances with other US domestic filers...and improve our eligibility for inclusion in certain stock indices."

CSTM shares were down 0.5% in recent premarket activity.
