Sunac Services' Holding Company Faces Winding-Up Petition in Hong Kong High Court

Sunac Services Holdings (HKG:1516) said its holding company, Sunac China (HKG:1918), received a winding-up petition filed with Hong Kong's High Court for the alleged nonpayment of a $30 million principal loan plus accrued interest, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Shining Delight Investment, a unit of Sunac China, allegedly took the loan from China Cinda Asset Management (HKG:1359) unit China Cinda (HK) Asset Management. Sunac China was the guarantor for Shining Delight Investment's debt.
