【潘功胜：支持香港金管局推出人民币贸易融资流动资金安排】金十数据1月13日讯，中国央行行长潘功胜在亚洲金融论坛开幕式上致辞表示，支持香港金管局推出人民币贸易融资流动资金安排。在现有人民币流动资金安排框架的基础上，使用互换资金增设人民币贸易融资流动资金安排，期限为1个月、3个月和6个月，总额度为1000亿元人民币，为在港商业银行人民币贸易融资提供稳定且成本较低的资金来源。支持推出债券通项下离岸债券回购业务，丰富投资者流动性管理工具，增强人民币债券资产吸引力。后续还将择机推出跨境债券回购业务。
