复兴亚洲(00274.HK) 公布，有关针对公司的清盘呈请，是完全缺乏理据及滥用程序。因此，公司将强烈反对呈请，并已指示法律顾问就此目的，以及可能对呈请人及涉及恶意提出呈请的其他人士提出诉讼。公司拟于1月底前向香港高等法院申请生效令。
公司指出，尽管现金结余约为680万元，呈请所涉及的申索约为300万元，公司认为，呈请对业务营运并无任何重大影响，且目前营运维持正常，原因为主要股东之一(合共持有公司已发行股份约10.3%)已承诺提供财务支持；公司一直与其若干债权人就债务资本化进行持续磋商，以加强其财务状况；及呈请所涉及的申索完全缺乏理据。
