智通财经APP获悉，家电股盘中走低，截至发稿，海尔智家(06690)跌4.55%，报25.15港元；海信家电(00921)跌2.26%，报25.9港元；创维集团(00751)跌2.17%，报2.71港元。
消息面上，摩根大通表示，中国延长及扩大家电置新换旧政策为正面政策举动，但家电股去年跑赢大市25%，且市盈率25%重估后升至预测市盈率11.1倍，关注市场预期或过于超前。该行下调对中国家电业今年增长预测至5%，低于市场预期的9%至12%，意味行业盈利风险。该行下调对行业今年每股盈利预测8%至10%，预期今年每股盈利增长5%至6%，较市场共识低至3%至7%。
交银国际指出，自2024年8月底以旧换新政策全国落地后，对家电消费起明显拉动作用，零售总额于9月/10月/11月分别实现25.0%/45.1%/26.8%的同比增长。据商务部统计，2024年家电以旧换新政策带动超过3600万名消费者购买了八大类家电产品共5600万台，销售额超2400亿元人民币。全国家电以旧换新销售额突破1000亿元人民币用时79天，突破2000亿元人民币则仅用40天，证明更新换代需求引发消费潜力加速释放。
