【#特朗普拟成立新机构负责征收外国关税#】

美国当选总统特朗普于当地时间周二（1月14日）表示，他将设立一个“对外税收局（ERS）”，专门负责征收外国进口商品的关税。

“长期以来，我们一直依赖国税局（IRS）向我们的民众征税。美国经济为世界带来了增长和繁荣，而我们自己却在征税。现在是时候改变这种状况了。”特朗普在社交媒体的推文中表示，“对外税收局将负责收取关税和所有来自国外的收入。我们将开始向那些通过贸易从我们这里赚钱的人收费，他们终于将开始支付他们的公平份额。”

特朗普的推文没有具体说明该机构是否会取代美国海关和边境保护局管理的现有关税收取系统，或是补充美国国税局的外国收入征税系统。

两名消息人士透露，这个新部门可能会涉及“重新命名美国财政部内的一个现有部门”。
