智通财经APP讯，协合新能源(00182)发布公告，于2025年1月15日，公司多间全资附属公司(即新源聚能、依兰县协合及协合风电)与沙电订立出售协议，以按总代价约人民币5.06亿元向沙电出售依兰县协合的100%股权。
依兰县协合主要从事经营位于中国黑龙江省哈尔滨市依兰县的200兆瓦风电厂项目。
集团已采纳“建成-出售”策略，据此，集团兴建电厂及于电厂竣工或营运后出售其在电厂的权益。董事认为，“建成-出售”策略有助于集团充分利用其风电及太阳能电厂发电开发以及电厂建设的优势，以实现更吸引的投资回报，提升集团的现金流回报，减少债务比例，以支持集团稳健快速发展。
