消息面上，和黄医药最近宣布以6.08亿元出售其在上海和黄药业45%股份。花旗表示，出售事项将进一步加强其资本和债务结构，并使其能够集中资源到核心业务领域。该行称，该股近三个月来表现疲弱，主要原因是沃瑞沙在美国的NDA延迟加上索乐匹尼布(sovleplenib)的批准延迟。
中银国际则认为，尽管近期由于赛沃替尼美国申报和索乐匹尼布内地上市获批延迟导致公司股价表现疲软，但认为这些影响已充分计价。该行将今明两年的收入预测分别下调8%及11%，以反映关键资产的注册延迟，同时维持公司将于2025年开始盈利的预测。
