China Rare Earth Holdings (HKG:0769) said Jiang Cainan resigned as the board chairman as he looks to retire, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company appointed Guo Jinying as the acting chairperson. All changes are effective jan. 13.
The company's stocks were up 4% in recent trading.
