Standard Chartered to Redeem $2 Billion Bonds

Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) will redeem its $2 billion, 2.819% Fixed-to-Floating Rate bonds due 2026 on Jan. 30, according to Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The redemption includes payment of accrued interest. The bonds will then be canceled, with the listing on the London Stock Exchange terminated shortly after Jan. 31, 2025.
