Huadian Power International's (HKG:1071, SHA:600027) board elected Liu Lei as the chairman of the company effective from the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting held on Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Dai Jun, the now-former chairman of the company resigned from his post in December 2024 due to reaching retirement age.
