智通财经APP讯，碧桂园服务(06098)发布公告，根据近期对本集团财务状况的审视，基于谨慎性原则，本公司董事会(董事会)谨此通知本公司股东及潜在投资者，基于本集团截至2024年12月31日止十二个月未经审核综合管理账目(管理账目)，本公司已根据香港财务报告准则对商誉进行减值测试，并根据减值测试结果拟对其中存在减值迹象的资产，即本公司的非全资附属公司碧桂园满国环境科技集团有限公司(满国)，相应计提约人民币8亿元至人民币11亿元减值拨备(商誉及其他无形资产减值)。
上述事件主要由于：满国过往年度拓展业务未能如预期开展，有部分存量业务进行调整，从而导致收入及利润下降，及满国部分客户回款周期变长导致现金流不理想。
商誉及其他无形资产减值是一项非现金项目，并不会对本集团的现金流量、营运及流动资金造成影响。根据管理账目，本公司初步估计经营活动所得现金净额约人民币33亿元至人民币43亿元。此外，根据管理账目，融资活动现金流出中，用于派付予本公司股东的股息、派付予非控制性权益的股息和根据本公司新股份奖励计划购买股份的金额合计约人民币17亿元。
然而，基于管理账目，本公司预计此项商誉及其他无形资产减值将导致本集团截至2024年12月31日止财政年度净利润减少约人民币8亿元至人民币11亿元，惟此项减值不会计入归属于本公司股东的核心净利润的计算。
