智通财经APP获悉，周一，紫金矿业ADR(ZIJMY.US)股价上涨，截至发稿，该股涨超7%，报41.7美元。紫金矿业近日披露称，公司正与藏格矿业的两大股东洽谈收购事宜，进一步扩展公司在锂资源市场的布局。
紫金矿业发布的潜在收购事项公告显示，公司正与藏格矿业第一、第二大股东——也就是藏格创业投资和宁波梅山保税港区新沙鸿运投资管理公司——就潜在收购事项进行商讨，可能涉及藏格矿业的控制权变更。这两大股东共同持有藏格矿业约40%的股份，其中拟转让约24.72%的股份。藏格矿业的估值约为466亿元人民币（64亿美元）。藏格矿业主要生产用于肥料的钾肥，但三分之一的收入来自锂提取业务，主要集中在中国西部资源丰富的青海盐湖地区。2024年前9个月，藏格矿业报告了9278吨碳酸锂的产量。
