中信银行(00998)发布公告，该行于近日收到中国人民银行《准予行政许可决定书》(银许准予决字﹝2025﹞第5号)，同意银行在全国银行间市场及境外市场发行金融债券，2025年金融债券新增余额不超过600亿元。

《准予行政许可决定书》中的行政许可有效期截止至2025年12月31日，银行在有效期内可自主选择分期发行时间。

银行将按照《全国银行间债券市场金融债券发行管理办法》等金融债券管理规定，组织做好债券发行及信息披露工作。
