【广汽与华为合作更多细节流出：目前在番禺总部联合办公 新公司注册在推进中】金十数据1月14日讯，广汽集团总经理冯兴亚发文称，广汽集团第六届董事会第78次会议审议通过了《关于GH项目的议案》，同意公司投资设立GH项目公司（暂定名，以登记注册为准），注册资本为15亿元。“我们将以本项目公司为载体，与华为深度融合各自优势，通过联合定义和设计，在产品开发、营销策略以及生态服务等多个领域展开全面合作，打造基于全新架构、技术领先的全新的汽车品牌。”据悉，目前双方已经开始联合办公，致力于推出一系列智能化新车型产品，首款产品将定位于30万级豪华智能新能源车。同日，广汽集团内部知情人士透露，新公司注册在推进中，广汽与华为的联合办公点目前暂时在广汽集团番禺总部。至于华为方面派了多少人过来，目前还不方便透露。
