Luxury Stocks Rise After Brunello Cucinelli Update -- Market Talk

0920 GMT - Shares in luxury companies rise after Italian fashion group Brunello Cucinelli reported better-than-expected 4Q revenue against a backdrop of slowing demand for luxury goods. Brunello Cucinelli on Monday posted a 12% revenue increase on year, in what it said was a record quarterly result. The stock is up 0.8% at 110.30 euros. LVMH trades 1.9% higher at 658.80 euros; Hermes and Richemont climb around 1% at 2,376.00 euros and 139.85 euros, respectively; and Kering is up 1.2% at 228.05 euros. Italy's Ferragamo rises 0.5% at 6.83 euros. (maitane.sardon@wsj.com)
