美国证券交易委员会（SEC）周一表示，在线券商罗宾汉市场公司（Robinhood Markets）的两个子公司同意支付4500万美元的民事罚款，以了结SEC的一系列指控。

　　SEC在一份勒令停止令中说，罗宾汉证券有限责任公司（Robinhood Securities LLC）和罗宾汉金融有限责任公司（Robinhood Financial LLC）的失误包括没有及时报告可疑活动，没有保存电子通讯记录，以及其他违反证券法的行为。

　　SEC代理执法主管Sanjay Wadhwa在一份声明中表示：“两家罗宾汉公司未能遵守一系列重要的监管要求，包括未能准确报告交易活动、遵守卖空规则、及时提交可疑活动报告、维护账簿和记录，以及保护客户信息。”

　　罗宾汉市场公司对SEC的指控既不承认也不否认，并说很高兴能解决这些问题。

　　该公司总法律顾问卢卡斯·莫斯科维茨（Lucas Moskowitz）在一份声明中表示：“正如SEC的命令所承认的那样，这些问题大多是我们的经纪自营商此前已经解决的历史问题。我们期待在新政府的领导下与SEC合作。”
