Powersports retailer RumbleOn said Monday that Michael Quartieri, the company's chairman, has been named as its chief executive officer.
He succeeds Michael Kennedy, who joined the company in 2023, and who had served as CEO and as a board member.
Quartieri joined RumbleOn's board in April of last year, and was named chairman in November. Previously, he was chief financial officer of Dave & Buster's Entertainment, and also held executive positions at LiveOne, Scientific Games, and Las Vegas Sands, RumbleOn said.
The company said Cameron Tkach, vice president of Dealership Operations, was named as chief operating officer. Tkach held a number of operational positions at RideNow Powersports, before RumbleOn acquired the company in 2021. Following the acquisition, Tkach held a number of positions, including vice president of Retail Operations, according to RumbleOn.
Becca Polak was named as vice chairman and lead independent director, the company said.
