Danaher (DHR) late Monday said revenue during its recently completed Q4 will likely increase in the low-single digit percentage range, compared with $6.41 billion in the year-ago period.

Analysts polled by FactSet, on average, are expecting a year-over-year decline in revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 to around $6.38 billion.

The company also said it sees flat Q4 non-GAAP core revenue compared with the final three months of 2023, although that still would be an improvement from its previous guidance expecting a low-single digit percentage decline.

Danaher released its preliminary revenue ahead of a presentation on Tuesday by Chief Executive Officer Rainer M. Blair at the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference. The company is scheduled to release its Q4 financial results on Jan. 29.

Danaher shares were fractionally lower in the extended session.
