力量发展签署物业管理服务协议 预计2025年度上限6000万元
力量发展（01277）发布公告，董事会宣布本公司的间接全资附属公司前海实地与实地签订物业管理服务框架协议。根据协议，自2025年1月13日起至2025年12月31日期间，前海实地同意提供物业管理服务及其他增值服务，年度上限为6000万元，其中物业管理服务的费用不超过4800万元，其他增值服务的费用不超过1200万元。
公告中提到，前海实地自2021年注册成立以来，已为实地提供高效的物业管理服务，双方长期合作关系良好。董事会认为，此次签订协议有助于维持长期业务关系，并为股东创造回报。根据上市规则，由于拟进行交易的年度上限超出某些适用百分比率，但仍低于其他规定，因此该交易获豁免遵守独立股东批准的要求。
