智通财经APP获悉，博彩股多数回暖，截至发稿，美高梅中国(02282)涨4.17%，报10.48港元；汇彩控股(01180)涨3.57%，报0.87港元；永利澳门(01128)涨2.24%，报5.48港元；新濠国际发展(00200)涨0.71%，报4.27港元。
消息面上，泰国总理府1月13日发布声明称，泰国总理佩通坦当日表示，泰国内阁已原则性批准《娱乐场所经营法》草案，将提交议会审议。该法案旨在使泰国地下赌博业合法化，允许建立娱乐综合体和赌场以创造税收。
麦格理此前研报指出，泰国政府正推动法案，允许于当地经营赌场，预计法案明年通过。该行称，银河娱乐、美高梅中国、拉斯维加斯金沙及永利度假村已表达有兴趣于泰国开赌，至于澳博拟集中于澳门营运，因其优先仍为提升上葡京业务。报告引述业界专家指出，受惠于泰国本身强劲的旅游业，泰国有潜力成为亚洲第二大博彩市场，但料将会落后于澳门。
