智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股早盘回暖，截至发稿，招商证券(06099)涨4.07%，报13.8港元；国联证券(01456)涨3.69%，报3.93港元；广发证券(01776)涨2.56%，报10.02港元；中国银河(06881)涨1.86%，报6.56港元。
消息面上，1月9日，国泰君安、海通证券发布公告，宣布本次合并重组获得上交所并购重组审核委员会审核通过。1月13日，国联证券发布公告，公司中文名称拟变更为国联民生证券股份有限公司，公司A、H股证券简称均拟变更为国联民生。中航证券认为，券商整合有助于提升集中度，预计行业内并购重组事项将持续加速推进。
此外，据上交所披露，2024年12月A股新增开户数为198.9万户，环比下滑26%，同比增长75%，2024全年新增开户数2500万户，同比增长17%。开源证券指出，12月开户数环比回落同比仍然高增，关注市场成交量与换手率中枢提升。该行表示，传统券商估值仍在低位，尚未充分反映2024年和2025年盈利改善预期，2025年1月券商公告2024年业绩预告或成为板块催化剂。
