Odaily星球日报讯 美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）宣布法院针对 Mosaic Exchange Ltd.及其所有者兼首席执行官 Sean Michael 一案作出缺席判决。CFTC 发起执法行动，指控存在欺诈性数字资产商品计划。 该命令基于 CFTC 2023 年 9 月 26 日提起的诉讼，缺席判决认定 Mosaic 和 Michael 对诉讼中指控的所有违反 CFTC 规定的行为负责，包括欺诈性地招揽了美国和其他国家/地区 18 名个人，宣称提供比特币和其他数字资产交易服务，同时挪用客户资金。 缺席判决令要求他们支付约 468,600 美元的赔偿金、60,980 美元的非法所得以及 660,000 美元的民事罚款。
