协合新能源(00182.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属公司商城县协合于昨日(13日)，与长江金租协定新融资租赁安排。据悉，长江金租向商城县协合购买用于发电站之若干风电设备，包括风机、主变压器、电缆及其他风电设备，购买价为3.2亿元人民币，并将设备资产租回予商城县协合，且商城县协合须按季支付租赁款。
另外，商城县协合与中信金租双方于同日协商一致，取消原融资租赁安排。(js/w)
