True North Copper (ASX:TNC) said it resumed trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on Monday, following a recapitalization of the firm, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The recapitalization included a AU$50.9 million conditional placement at AU$0.005 per new share and a AU$2.5 million share purchase plan at an issue price of AU$0.005.
The company's shares rose nearly 7% in early trade Tuesday.
