碧桂园服务拟计提8亿元至11亿元减值拨备
财中社1月14日电碧桂园服务（06098）发布公告，基于对公司财务状况的审视，决定对其非全资附属公司碧桂园满国环境科技集团有限公司的商誉及其他无形资产进行减值测试。根据最新管理账目，预计将计提约8亿元至11亿元的减值拨备。此次减值主要由于满国在过去年度的业务拓展未达预期，导致收入和利润下降，以及部分客户回款周期延长，影响现金流。
尽管此次减值预计将导致公司截至2024年12月31日的净利润减少，但此项减值为非现金项目，不会对公司的现金流、运营及流动资金造成影响。公司管理层表示，当前集团的营运资金充足，业务仍在稳定运行，并正在评估此次事件对财务报表的影响。实际的年度业绩可能与公告中披露的数据存在差异，年度业绩公告预计将于2025年3月中下旬发布。
