　　中国儒意（00136）公布，2025年1月13日，该集团订立股权转让协议向公司主要股东腾讯控股的附属公司收购其持有的目标公司北京永航科技有限公司30%股权，目标公司核心资产包括《QQ炫舞》《QQ炫舞2》及《QQ炫舞手游》等游戏，代价合共人民币8.25亿元，包括（i）现金人民币7.425亿元，及（ii）公司以每股代价股份2.432港元的价格向香港腾讯或其指定方配发及发行约3666.67万股代价股份。

　　于股权转让完成后，腾讯数码、北京景秀及Virtual Cinema Entertainment分别持有目标公司70%、约17.1720%及约12.8280%股权。

　　于本公告日期，北京景秀为该公司持有100%实际权益的受控制结构实体。Virtual Cinema Entertainment为公司的间接全资附属公司，其主要业务为投资控股。
