该公司的业务主要包括两大类：非处方药跨境电商供应链服务和非处方药跨境采购和分销。通过与非处方药供应商、物流公司以及在中国电商平台上经营店铺的商家合作，该公司为希望在中国大陆以外购买非处方药产品的中国大陆客户提供一站式解决方案。其服务包括预先咨询、产品信息审查以及采购海外非处方药产品等。该公司截至2024年3月31日的12个月收入为1700万美元。
