智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)发布公告，受主要材料价格上涨的影响，五峰山过江通道南北公路接线部分增加投资人民币3.84亿元;另外，由于征地拆迁费用调整，五峰山长江大桥公路部分增加投资人民币3665万元。增加投资的40%由各出资方按在五峰山大桥公司的各自股权比例进行增资。五峰山大桥公司将增资人民币1.68亿元，其股东按其持股比例出资，其中本公司承担人民币1.09亿元，承担比例64.5%;江苏交控承担人民币3703.05万元，承担比例22.01%;扬州交通承担人民币2269.61万元，承担比例13.49%。增资完成后，五峰山大桥公司注册资本由人民币48.26亿元增加至人民币49.95亿元。
本公司控股子公司五峰山大桥公司所辖的五峰山长江大桥公路部分及南北公路接线项目优质，盈利能力强劲，具有较高的投资回报率，现由于市场环境的变化导致项目决算增加，原股东提供同比例增资，有利于保证项目的正常运营和发展，促进五峰山大桥公司长期可持续发展，进一步提升股东投资回报率。
