1月13日，国联证券公告称，基于公司战略发展需要，同时使公司名称更为全面、准确地反映公司基本情况及未来发展规划，公司董事会同意公司中文名称变更为“国联民生证券股份有限公司”，英文名称变更为“GuolianMinshengSecuritiesCompanyLimited”，英文名称缩写变更为“GuolianMinshengSec”。

A股证券简称变更为“国联民生”，A股证券代码“601456”保持不变，H股证券简称变更为“国联民生”，H股证券代码“01456”保持不变。

本次拟变更公司名称已获国家市场监督管理总局预核准。本次拟变更公司名称事宜待股东大会审议通过后，公司将及时向市场监督管理部门申请办理工商变更登记手续，变更后的公司名称以市场监督管理部门的最终登记为准。

公司拟变更的证券简称尚需经上海证券交易所、香港联合交易所有限公司审核，最终以经上海证券交易所和香港联合交易所有限公司同意的证券简称为准。
