公开资料显示，浪潮数字企业的实际控制人为山东省国资委，母公司为浪潮集团。海通证券此前指，公司在央企国企以及大型企业市场具备强竞争力，在云计算、AI等新技术快速发展下，公司持续投入研发创新，全面升级海岳软件产品体系，助力企业数字化、智能化转型，持续推动ERP等管理软件国产替代进程。
国泰君安指出，2024年上半年，浪潮数字企业持续加大对以智能ERP和PaaS平台产品为核心的云服务投入，突破9项新技术，发布6款新产品，其中，浪潮海岳GSCloud突破原件智能搜索、融合注意力机制的BiGRU语音识别操控等技术，拓展10余个智能化场景；新发布浪潮海岳PaaS平台iGIX7.0、海岳大模型2.0，以海岳PaaS平台为基础、海岳大模型为智能中枢，全面提升产品自动化能力，为企业打造AI驱动的一站式数字化创新底座。
