智通财经APP获悉，长飞光纤光缆(06869)现涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.88%，报12.6港元，成交额1333.36万港元。
野村发布研报称，长飞是中国光缆市场领导者之一，经过内地电讯运营商资本支出下降周期，认为该公司的业务多元化努力可能会在2025年取得成果。同时作为A股博创科技等股东，野村相信长飞将受惠于其全球人工智能网络产品的需求。该行认为，在坚定的人工智能需求以及更佳的产品组合的驱动下，长飞的收入和盈利会迎来转折点。
值得注意的是，2024年12月27日，博创科技公告拟使用现金1.97亿元用于收购长芯盛少数股东合计持有的长芯盛18.16%股份，公司对长芯盛的持股比例提升至60.45%。本次交易有利于进一步整合公司与长芯盛各自的资源和优势。据悉，长芯盛成立于2013年，由长飞光纤和威盛集团合资成立，长芯盛公司整合了长飞在光纤光缆领域和威盛集团在芯片、模组研发领域的优势，致力于成为全球领先的有源光缆企业。
